Snettisham Memorial Hall & Playing Field Charity, is managed by a committee of Trustees, and the Aims of the committee are to establish and run a village hall and Pavilion and maintain a recreational and Sports ground and Multi User Games Area… in the interests of Social welfare and wellbeing, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the Parish.

The day to day running of the facilities is organised by the trustees. This includes the grounds maintenance of the sports field, the maintenance of the Pavilion, MUGA and the Memorial hall and facilities

Trustees

There are 13 trustees (including co-opted members). The constitution allows for a maximum of 23 (including co-opted members). The key office holders are the Chairman, The Trustee Secretary and the Treasurer, who are elected from the members by the Trustees at the AGM. Trustees meet monthly and decisions are taken by majority vote.

All nominated Trustees sign the Trustees certificate at the AGM.
